Excellent pure nose of cream and black fruits with a refined black fruit/liquorice flavour profile. This is a very classy wine and in a way combines Australian flavour, glycerine and concentration but with pseudo-Italianate texture and acidity. And whilst it has excellent concentration, it is not over the top or too heavy.
I would be quite happy to pay a tenner for this one.
